How to Obtain a Library PIN
(Personal Identification Number)

to view your own library record


To obtain a Library PIN for the first time you need to go to the option to "View your own library record" from the CATTRAX menu either on the library webpage or from a telnet access. The OPAC terminals outside the Reference area in the library, or your personal computer, can be used.

When you choose to 'view your own library record' the terminal will prompt you to enter a new PIN. Enter either numbers, letters or a combination of both to create a PIN four or more characters long. After you have entered your PIN, you will be prompted again to confirm.

Do memorize your Personal Identification Number. If you forget it you will have to come to the Circulation Desk in the library to have it deleted. Then you will need to assign a new PIN to your record.
